What is your standard delivery timeframe?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Next-day delivery options are also available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Can I return a racket if I have used it?

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for rackets that have been played with or have had the grip plastic removed.

Do you offer a professional restringing service?

Yes, we provide a professional restringing service for tennis, squash, and badminton rackets. You can select your preferred string and tension on the product page before adding the racket to your cart.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, PDHSports ships to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at the checkout.
